The product story was working; the cart story was not. A simple multi-pair deal had trained many shoppers to grab one or two units and quit, with almost nobody reaching for a third pair even when the wardrobe logic supported it.
The brand needed a structure that invites progression instead of an invisible cap. We stepped in to ship a bundle builder experience RedSpec could approve, then tune with real cart signals.
Approach
When every path looks like “stop at two,” basket depth flatlines. RedSpec sells pairs with jobs: day frames, evening frames, backups, gifts. Shoppers needed to see why the next lens category belongs in the same order, not discover it as a footnote in the discount stack. Manual merchandising cannot rewire that on every launch. The fix was explicit bundle progression in PDP and cart, not a louder coupon bar.
