We have built a community and a course where we've laid out all of our knowledge about upselling. What is bi-weekly AOV optimization?
Every two weeks, our data team reviews the performance of your upsells and sends you a detailed report. If there's room for improvement, we'll optimize everything for you—leveraging our data insights and deep expertise in upselling.
What is pre-launch setup / consultation meeting?
Once you're ready to launch your upsells using Upnova, you have the option to book a meeting with our team of experts. In this session, we'll review your upsells, ensure everything is set up correctly from a technical standpoint, and make sure the cart and upsell offers look beautiful, seamless, and perfectly on-brand in your store.
What is upsell audit & strategy?
Our data team will analyze (and visualize) your store's data to learn about your customers' shopping behavior. Then we will come up with upsell offers that incentivize your customers to buy more than what they're doing now.

If at any point within 14 days of installing you decide to uninstall Upnova, simply contact us at support@upnova.io for a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies only when the Upnova team builds your setup on the Pro or Pro+ plan, as only then can we ensure a guaranteed increase in AOV. To qualify for the refund, your store must also be live for at least 3 days with the setup.
How quick will I see the AOV increase?
Of course, the result varies between different brands, traffic and seasons. For the brands on the Pro+ plans, where we're involved in the decision making process, we aim to boost AOV by at least 10% - 20% within 14 days after going live. On the Pro+ plan, our team will run an evaluation analysis with the data collected after going live to readjust the upsell offers for a better AOV result.

Is there a support available for Upnova?
For any technical support, you can reach us via the chat box inside the Upnova app. For Pro and Pro+ plan, we will have a direct customer success manager's contact who will help you with your upsell performance.
Do you have post-purchase?
Post-purchase is not our priority right now. We recommend AfterSell or Reconvert as they work well with Upnova and very affordable solutions.
